<title><![CDATA[BLU VIVO 5R: mobile phone doesn´t charge / telefono no carga]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>Dear all,</p>

<p>I bought my BLU VIVO 5R 2 months ago in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay and my phone is currently not charging at all. It seems like it´s a software problem because sometimes when it´s ON and I plug the power wire it suddenly reboot the mobile phone. And it only charge if it´s OFF, but when you´re using it, the battery drops very fast.</p>

<p>BLU Service wants me to send the device to Asunción, PY, or to Montevideo, Uruguay. It´s just crazy as f...!</p>

<p>Anyone can help me?</p>

<p>Compré mi equipo BLU VIVO 5R en Ciudad del Este, Paraguay 2 meses atrás. Hace poco tiempo el teléfono dejó de cargar correctamente. Carga únicamente si está apagado (pero sin mostrar nada en la pantalla ni prender ninguna luz) y si está prendido directamente no carga y se reinicia cuando enchufo el cable. Si está funcionando, la batería se descarga demasiado rápido.</p>

<p>El Servicio Técnico de BLU me pide que mande el teléfono a Asunción o a Montevideo, que son los centros de Servicio Técnico más cercanos. Eso es una locura!</p>

<p>Alguien que por favor me ayude o aocnseje?</p>

<title><![CDATA[Blu Advance 5.0: Phone will not charge]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>My BLU Advanced 5.2 will not charge, I noticed this when I left it to charge at 44% and came back an hour later seeing it at 30%, The phone is dead now and I can't get into recovery mode because there is no battery power left. When I try, the recovery mode screen pops up for 1 second then the phone turns off again. I googled some ways to fix this and one of the ways was to take out the battery and put it back in, sadly my battery is unremovable. I know the problem isn't my charger because I tested it on my brother's phone and the charger works fine. I know it's not the wall outlet either because if that was the case my computer wouldn't be charging and I tried all the wall outlets in the house, and I get the same issue. Any solutions to this would be highly appreciated, Thank you. (specs for this phone found below)</strong></p>

<title><![CDATA[BLU LIFE XL: Phone refuses to connect to internet and refuses to read sim card?]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>After attempting to update my BLU LIFE (which didn't work. It came across an error, with the little android's stomach flipped open, though it didn't what, the only thing I could do was pull my battery out after trying to exit the terminal-looking area.), the wireless update went down.</p>

<p>Soon after, some apps would refuse to move to my SD card, and sometimes the SD card won't even read. Now, when I turn the phone on, a black screen with a white square pops up, stating it's optimizing and starting all of my apps.</p>

<p>Just today, it stopped reading my sim card (said there wan't one inserted), and though I'm connected to internet, it says I'm not. I just tried turning my phone off then on multiple times, I switched the sim card into the second slot, and back and forth a few times, and nothing changed. I'm not sure what I should do? <strong>||the internet took almost half an hour to work||</strong></p>

<p>Also, my phone is a custom build, if that may have anything to do with it? Build Version: BLU_L050U_V13_GENERIC 21-06-16 14:46</p>

<title><![CDATA[BLU Studio 5.0 II: phone mute won't turn off]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>the phone mute is stuck on, ie there is a angle line drawn thru the microphone icon and of course my called end can't hear me.  tapping the microphone icon does nothing. My blue tooth head piece works fine.</p>

<p>this happens even tho phone volume is turned up all the way and the blue tooth is shut off</p>

<p>if the microphone is broken this will be my 3rd messed up blu phone. I guess they can't deliver the quality needed at the very low price they charge for the feature rich phone.</p>

<description><![CDATA[<p>My phone stopped charging after 2 months. Customer service tells me I have to send phone first and then they will send me replacement devise? Where is the logic here? Usually it take at least a week with shipment back and forth. How I suppose to be without phone if I use it for work? Who is in now world can stay for a week without a phone?</p>

<p>2. 1 SIM card stops working in it (works in another phone)</p>

<p>3. Other SIM card works/detected but says: &quot;DIALLING&quot; until it &quot;timed out&quot; or eventually goes through.</p>

<p>4. Battery then goes bad and swells.</p>

<p>5.  Same problem even when battery replaced, it just drain the battery to nothing - literally!</p>

<title><![CDATA[BLU Studio 5.0 S II: Headphones dont show up and sound plays through speakers.]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>The device under this is incorrect. I purchased a BLU Studio X in the month August from Amazon. It is quite buggy, but my main concern is that headphones do not show up when I plug them in most of the time, and when they do work, they only work for a short time and then the issue returns. Sound plays through the speakers, and there is no notification that shows up signaling a headphones input.</p>
