My laptop can produce sound, disregarding the fact that i updated the sound-drivers when i i connect the headsets, but the pc's speaker does, but it dos not work with headsets.

My compaq cq58 notebook pc has system disabled 76298371 on the scrren. My son forgot his password and after entering wrong attempts, this screen appeared. What do I do? Please help?

my Compaq presario cq57 only shows charging light, when I try to turn it on it doesn't do anything, i know this laptop is a little bit old, it has intel celeron inside and i think it's running on windows 7.
