GameSir G7 SE: How do I repair the directional pad?

I've had my G7 SE for a little over a year now, and it's outperformed literally every third party manufacturer out there. But over time, my directional pad's inputs have begun to intermittently cut out or multi-input. Now at last as I write this, down on the directional pad has completely stopped working altogether. Do I need to replace the whole daughter board, or is there an easy fix for one input going dead on me?

Logitech Extreme 3D Pro: How do I fix the joysick’s x axis plastic that broke

I noticed a weird behaviour in my game, and in calibration i saw that the x axis of my jostick was working poorly, i took it apart, and found out how it works, (kinda similiar to the Z rotation sensor) and found that it broke. Now i’m a rookie in fixing stuff, but i cant really apply glue to either side of the plastic because, first it doesnt look like it would be long enough to work, and also because i have no way of holding them together until the glue sticks. If neither of these problems are valid, i could try somehow, but before i need a replacement i thought i’d look it up.

The way it works (or it looks like) is the cable pulls the sensor when the joystick is moved, and that little (broken) plastic ephasises the movement so that it can be detected properly. If it breaks, the cable kinda just hangs there, barely pulling on it, as seen in the video attached.

8BitDo Ultimate Bluetooth Controller: The right trigger has worn down and doesn't acheive max input anymore

I've had my controller since December 2024 and have used it often. I play a lot of rocket league with it and I assume pressing R2 so often has caused it to wear down. It's to the point where i drive faster backwards than forwards. In Steam's controller advanced settings, the left trigger hits a measurement of 32767 at max pressure while the right trigger only hits around 19000 when I'm really trying. Can I fix this myself?

The BSP-D9 controller is not turning on. I replaced the battery thinking that was the issue, but the controller still won't turn on and no charging LEDs light up when plugged in. All internal connections and ribbon cables appear to be securely seated. What could be causing this power or charging issue? Before no LEDs was turning on while charging. I suspected the battery maybe the issue due to its age. Now even after changing it's still same.
