Where can I get my mini USB replaced? My USB port is to far gone to hook up to. I need to hook it to a computer so I can backup and save my waypoints. I am upgrading and don't need this unit any more but I really need my data.

How far away from the windshield can I mount the gps unit and still have it still be effective? I would like to mount it to headliner about 12 inches from windshield were it is out of the way, still readable and does not inhibit my view. It is a 4x4 truck and optimal viewing area is a must. the unit is a Garmin drive smart 60.

I need to direct wire the Nuvo 2450 GPS and cut off the power plug. There are three wires (red, black and white). Which two are power and ground? The third is for the indicator light in the plug.

When I follow the repair guide for the disassembling of the screen on my GPS, I can't figure out how to separate the LCD screen from the device. It seems there is an adhesive or something holding it in place.

Since there are no screws, is the screen even removable from the device? If so, what tool could help me?
