I dropped my phone on dirty water, I removed the case and immediately turned the power off, after 5 hours letting it dry I turned back on and charged it, it was charging really slow like 2% every 20 minutes and the battery drains every 4 to 5 minutes.

And also it get re-start on it's on multiple time in a row without taking a pause of even 1 sec making it hard even impossible to use. It's also sometimes get switched off on it's own after just 1/2 an hour of full charge, get switched off on ~40 to 50% and when I try to get it on it shows 0%.
