Jura: Jura Z6 Rinse Cycle Issue After Deep Clean – Need Advice

Hey everyone,

I recently did a deep clean on my Jura Z6, including taking apart and reassembling the brew unit and grinder. Everything seems to be working well—coffee brews perfectly, hot water dispenses fine, and the milk system rinses without issue.

However, I’ve noticed that during the startup rinse or when selecting Machine Maintenance → Rinse Machine, no water comes out of the coffee spouts. Instead, it seems to bypass them and go straight into the drip tray. Oddly enough, the cleaning cycle does work through the spouts/nozzles.

Has anyone encountered this before? Any ideas on what might be causing the rinse water to divert internally instead of flowing through the spouts? Appreciate any insights!

Jura: I Have a Jura Impressa F8 TFT...No water coming from brew unit

I screwed something up and I cannot figure it out. My machine was getting error 8 so I was replacing all the o-rings in the brew group. I believe I setup back to how it was (I have done it before without issue). Upon reassembly, I go and turn on the unit and it goes through the initialization without issue moving up an down the unit. It then asks rotary button to pushed to rinse machine. Upon doing so, it goes through the process but everything is going to the drain tray. If I then choose an espresso, it goes through but brews to the drain tray.

I have checked the drain stepper motor and is functioning properly. I have tried manually pushing the drain valve during the process and still goes directly to the drain. I have disassembled the brew group again to ensure I put back together properly and in the right way. I have done similarly to the drain valve assembly. I blow through all hoses without issue when valve is open. It makes hot water without an issue out the steam valve. The water is moving and I don't believe there are any blockages or hose or o-ring issues.

Please help if you have an idea. Thanks...

Jura Z7: Water in and on drip tray

I am trying to repair a (1st gen) Jura Z5 Impressa coffee machine and I hope anyone can help. I've found the online repair guides which have been very helpful but I'm unable to find a fix for my problem. So far I've taken apart the brew group and replaced the rings; I replaced the entire drainage valve. I've also cleaned and partially replaced the outlet valves and decalcified and cleaned the machine using tablets. The machine works and the coffee is fine but I feel that there's a lot of (brown) water in and on the drip tray. Also, I noticed that during decalcifying, no water came out of the outlet but it did make a sound. Does anyone have any suggestions?
