Kenmore 110 Series Washing Machine: My Kenmore 110 washer will only fill under the rinse and spin setting.

My Kenmore washer will not fill. It does fill on rinse and spin setting, which I tried after watching a YouTube video. My understanding from the video was that this meant it was either a timer or temperature switch. But the video didn't line up with my washer, it was for an older type of unit. I've been trying to figure it out by looking at YouTube videos but to no avail so far. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

Kenmore 110 Series Washing Machine: Loud Noise During Spin Cycle

Kenmore top loading washer model 110-21102013.

There is a loud rumble or roar during the spin cycle which sounds like a bearing failing. There is no impact on the spin cycle beyond the noise. The clothes come out of the spin cycle quite dry. There is no new vibration apparent since the noise started.

At the suggestion of the reps. at Sears Parts Direct I replaced the Washer agitator cam bearing, part #: WP3363661 which had no impact on the problem. Today the Parts Direct reps. suggest that I replace the Washer drive block, part #: WP389140. I've looked at the diagrams for this washer and I don't see how this part could produce the type of noise I'm hearing. I've seen, in this forum and others, a suggestion that a failing clutch can make a noise during the spin cycle but wouldn't that also cause the drum to NOT reach its intended speed and therefore, not remove the water from the clothes very well? Does anyone know if there are bearings or bushings in the transmission which might cause a bearing roar or rumble if they are failing?

Kenmore 110 Series Washing Machine: Why is my washing machine not spinning?

I just bought this washing machine off of someone and it hasn't worked from the moment I brought it home. At first, I was getting the lid lock error code (F5E1) which never made much sense because the machine was locking just fine and there was nothing interfering with that but after clearing that error code and trying to recalibrate the machine, I'm getting the error code F7E1.
I've gone through the manual tests and I'm able to turn the lid lock on and off just fine and the machine agitates fine as well but it does not seem to spin at all. My model number is 100.28002011. I would really appreciate any help I can get.

Kenmore 110 Series Washing Machine: Kenmore 110.25132411 Control Board trouble?

Kenmore 110.25132411 Control Board?

OK, an amateur is what I am, but I am competent and have done some of my repairs.

So I have a Kenmore 110.25132411; I had standing water after the wash was complete. I pulled the hoses and drain pump, looking for a clog, but nothing. I redid the vent, thinking maybe it did not work. But testing it out, I noted that the wash cycle had standing water, but the water was pumped out fine if I ran the drain and spin cycle. After some research and getting into the diagnostics mode, I am thinking of the control board. I was wondering if anyone might confirm or have other thoughts before I pull the trigger on an expensive part. It also now doesn’t seem to be draining well as it was during the drain and spin and is rinsing during it too. Including Videos

Kenmore 110 Series Washing Machine: Clothes stuck underneath agitator base of 70 series heavy duty plus

I have a Kenmore 70 series heavy duty plus. There's a bed sheet stuck underneath the agitator base. After removing the spiral-shaped agitator top portion, I am having difficulties removing the agitator base (second portion of the agitator). It doesn't lift when I try to pull it off. I've tried the option of trying to spin it in the opposite direction of motion, but it wouldn't budge. The agitator does seem to spin. If I proceed to cut off the bed sheet at the level of the agitator and leave some of it inside the agitator - do I risk possibility of long term damage?

Kenmore 110 Series Washing Machine: Not your typical F02 drain problem

Hey Everyone...

Hoping to get some feedback on an issue I am having with my Kenmore HE3 front load washer.

The initial symptoms related to the ever famous F02 error code. Well, after confirming that the hoses from the drums to the pump, from the pump to the back to the washer and from the back of the washer did not have any clogs, I then verified that there was nothing clogged in the pump itself and removed anything / every from the pump / skimmer. Unfortunately, still no luck . Still getting the F02 error code.

I even went as far has replacing the pump and still getting the F02 error code.

Even when I put it in the drain / spin cycle with no clothes in the washer an no spin... same symptoms (initial burst of water into the tub and then nothing - although the pump is running). This also occurs with the old / new pump.

My running theory currently is that there my be something caught in the drum? However not sure how to check this.

I also verified that there was nothing caught in the rubber seal around the door / drum.

At this point I am at a loss and am hoping for some insight.

Thanks in advance!
