I have a friends Kindle Fire and I don’t know what model it is. The number on the back is 3ht7g. the problem is the touch screen won’t respond.

My son dropped my tablet on our kitchen tile floor. Now it will power up but then if you select something, it blacks out (turns off). If I put it on the charger and then click on something, it's better but it still turns off (blacks out) after a bit. I think something was knocked loose inside that is telling the tablet that there isn't any battery power but there is... just my take on it.

Help would be greatly appreciated! :)
