Xbox Series X: I don't know the model name of the model that won't power on.

It's a 1TB model, but the sticker on the console says

model number 1882. Is that correct?

The console won't power on, so I think the power supply is faulty.

I'm trying to buy a Microsoft Xbox Series X Disc Drive Model 1882 (14-digit serial number) Power Supply - Genuine

but the model on this site doesn't match the one I have.

Xbox One: Xbox one throwing error E106 00000009 while booting

When you press the power button, it chimes, it pops up with a loading bar that gets to about 4% and then throws error E106 00000009 80070002 while trying to update using OSU 1 the update gets to 1% then throws E101 00000504 8B050041, the OS version is 26100.7815.amd64fre.xb_flt_2604ge.260414-2200. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Xbox One X: Need help Identifying blown component on motherboard of Xbox One X

Looking for help identifying a component that looks like it had blown on my Xbox One X.
Background to my console is that it stopped displaying a signal 2 weeks ago. However, the console will power on. I have tried using different power cable, different HDMI cable, a different TV, and no success. Most symptoms, I have read, led me to believe the HDMI Retimer had failed, so I ordered a replacement chip to prep.

Yesterday was when I disassembled the console to prep for the work and that is when I discovered this component. It looks like it had blown at some point and might be why it wont display a signal.

However, I have no idea what this component is and I need help identifying what it is.

I have a macro shot of the chip, but its still hard to ID.

Its right next to the port for the front switch power button on the xbox. Here is a photo of another board of where I am talking about (circled in red):

I appreciate anyone who can help me identify this component and possibly where I can buy a new one.

While xbox is on it beeps periodically but nothing happens and after it has been turned off it will eventually turn itself back on also.

Xbox 360 S: Random freezing, restarting by itself

My xbox is freezing during gameplay, mainly at the first loading screen I come across, rarely at the dashboard and I have to unplug the power cord to shut it off. Sometimes the wifi card isn't detected as well. I can play Rainbow Six Vegas 2 for 10 minutes before it abruptly shuts on and off by itself.

I've tried cleaning and repasting it, didn't work and I can confirm temps are low. I've also reinstalled the latest update.

Xbox One: Errors E106 and E101

I get error E106 whenever I boot and when I try to update or factory reset I get E101. I used the factory update trick by holding eject and bind even after two beeps with a USB drive plugged in to instantly start updating but every time I try to update or factory reset I get error E101. When it says checking update, i checked on the drive and saw that it does move the update files to the disk but it doesn't install them. I have repartitioned the hard drive with ludvig jerabeks Linux tool. I tried every USB option available. Any ideas on what these error codes actually mean? I know E101 has something to do with updating.

Oh and I can't send it to Microsoft because my warranty period has ended and I don't want to pay half the retail price just to let them repair a known issue.

I had the RROD so I replaced all the bad caps. It now works but turns off after 5-10 minutes while playing a game. Should I relace all the caps.

Hello, I have a question about the Xbox One models and that's if any Xbox One disc laser works with any Xbox One model for example could an original Xbox One laser work with an Xbox One S or Xbox One X which is why I'm wondering because I got an original Xbox one laser coming in the mail for my Xbox one but if I can get a one s or one x on eBay that has a broken laser I would buy one of those to have a better more powerful console.

Xbox Series X: Xbox Series X bluetooth connectivity problems.

My Xbox Series X bluetooth randomly disconnects my controller and headset or sometimes just has a very weak connection which can be felt when playing online multiplayer games.

I have tried different headsets & controllers and have confirmed via troubleshooting that the problem lies within the xbox console.

Does anyone know what internal piece of hardware needs to be replaced to fix this problem?

i turn my xbox on, it shows the green loading screen then it just goes black and shows nothing. when i hold the power button down on my controller the option to turn the console off, turn my controller off or to restart my console shows up but that’s all nothing else but a black screen.

Hi guys,

I recently had a Series S brought to me with a power issue. The console power button would flash just once, no beep, then go right off again. I was then able to rule out the power supply and both the power / rf boards using parts from a working console.

After completely stripping the console down, I found a little water damage near the MP2926 IC under the heatsink which has completely ruined the component there. Does anyone know what this component is, and more importantly, the value of it?

I really appreciate anyone taking the time to look at this post, I hope you guys can help me out.

I can download games fine from the store. However, when I boot up the game, the game boots up and then goes blackscreen for less than a second and the xbox button on the front of the console. Flashes 2-3times and goes back to the dashboard.

Ive checked all the mosfet chips and they all come back reading 7.7.

Xbox: Drive opens and closes constantly

Hi,

my original xbox drive once turned on and you press the eject button, the tray opens and then closes constantly and does not stop unless you switch off the unit.

there is no way to stop it from opening and closing.

what do you see as the issue? do I need to replace my drive?
