Nabi Tablet: Power chord doesn't fit (may have been bent) and doesn't charge.

Can no longer fit the power chord into the charging portal. The chord has a purple mark on it like it over heated. The dreamtab doesn't charge anymore. Could the charging port be replaced?

Hi. I got my Nabi Dream tab back in late 2015. It was a good tablet. I got a Fire Tablet in late 2017 and decided to put the Nabi up. Well little did I know that was the year Android 4.4 ended its support and nabi discontinued its products. So here I was the other day doing some rearranging in my apartment. I found the nabi in my closet and it is still in good condition meaning: no cracks, no dents, no scratches, no water damage, LCD is fine. It also charges fine. I left it on the adapter for a while and it got fully charged. Once it was done charging, I decided to turn it on. It was stuck on the dream tab characters for about 10 minutes. So I shut the device off and got on the computer and looked up how to do a factory reset and I got to the last step but it wouldn't factory reset it just kept saying it was "wiping data". So I tried every option on the recovery kernel. I can't disassemble it because I lost my screwdriver for that and I refuse to buy new tools. Also I have an old Chromebook so I can't do the debugging or booting or any of that. Please help me. My Plan is to turn it in to a normal tablet by getting into the parent mode.

And product version 2.0. I forgot user name mommy password and can’t seem to change it, any suggestions. If you call Mattel customer support they will send you a free gift. It will not be a new tablet😏

I have an old Nabi 2 that I used to play on as a kid, and I realized that there are a bunch of files on it that could be very nostalgic to go through, and I was wondering if there was a way to get the files off. The problem is it doesnt turn on for more than 10 seconds, so is there a way to get the files off of it without turning it on? If so, how?

This is a child’s Nabi I Pad with red rubber around the perimeter. When we try to unlock it using the dotted pattern, we are unable to do so. How can we reset this so that we can used a number code instead of the pattern to log into it?
