Nokia 2780 Flip: How do I remove the screen?

Hi! I've been trying to remove the casing around the screen for some time now, and I've had great difficulty. I've tried warming at the sides in case there was glue, and using different kinds of Spudger's to get the plastic casing loose, and I've somewhat succeeded? There are now parts that are a bit lifted, but I can't seem to get the whole thing off. I'd be interested in further/more detailed instructions on how to remove the screen & casing, or in more pictures showing how either or both were removed.
