Nokia Lumia 620: Stuck in Airplane Mode

Hi there, my Lumia 620 is stuck in airplane mode. So far I have done a factory reset (cogs going around) and downloaded the Windows software recovery tool for windows phone and ran that through my PC (twice) but when it finally gets back to where the phone should be in use the airplane icon is still on top and if I go to settings to try to turn it off, it just springs straight back on. Any knowledge on this problem would be greatly appreciated as the phone is totally unusable.

Physical keys light up, lower part of the screen lights up & looks no diffrent from the other working part of the screen. Anyone know the problem, and it's possible fixes/est. on the repair? Thank you!

So I've had my phone for about 7 months now, and I love my phone.. But recently, today actually, I was texting someone, and I was receiving their incoming texts to me, but they weren't getting mine, even though my phone said it had sent. So any ideas on how to fix this? Any and all,help is appreciated!!

Nokia Lumia 625: Phone keeps freezing-rebooting after screen replacement

Hi all.

I had a cracked screen and replaced the digitiser but to no succes. Its placed just fine but when i use the touch screen it freezes up and reboots to the nokia logo. Sometimes i can use it for a while, use the camera etc but then it freezes up.

It looks ok, the case does not close all the way since i cracked the frame at one spot but no tech is situated at this place.

I tried the recovery app, soft reset, hard reset and i even returnes it to factory defaults using the hidden key sequence. Its found by my computer btw.

I cannot find any info regarding these reboots after a screen replacement. Only regarding spontaneous reboots which occur with different models.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I'm trying to fix a family members phone which doesnt show any picture on the screen. from what i was told the phone kept overheating when she used the GPS for a long time and it made lines show up on the screen. Apparently that went away after a few days, but after a couple of weeks the screen now doesnt turn on at all.

Anyone know how i should fix this?

I followed this guide... But something strange happened when i try to power on the phone.

The new touchscreen works well without a simcard, but when i put the simcard on the socket it simply become unresponsive! any advice on this?

Hi, I am doing this on behalf of my brother.

He has a yellow lumia 1020 and loves it. Recently, his phone has started to malfunction, and the flashlight led stays on, no matter what we have tried! We have completely discharged the battery, and as soon as we plug it back in, the flashlight turns back on again! we have tried the software, but it freezes as soon as we try and access anything to do with the camera and flashlight!

He is known for dropping his device a lot and it has not been exposed to water*

Any Ideas?

My phone always randomly turns off, I would be texting someone and then it would (sometimes) flash and then turn off and its really annoying me, and sometimes when this happens my phone will be at 50% 60% etc and the phone will say its dead... Plz someone help me as I don't have a clue what's going on?
