폰을 크게 한번 떨어트린 이후로, 화면의 반이 나오지 않아요. 나오지 않는 부분이 터치 동작은 되는데... 아이픽스 홈페이지에 화면 교체 킷을 이용하면 다시 정상으로 수리할 수 있을지 궁금해요.

뒷면을 보면 화면이 안 나오는 쪽으로 안에 부품이 다 보이는데, 떨어뜨렸을 때 이쪽에서 작은 금속 조각이 떨어졌던 것 같기도 하지만 기억이 잘 안나요. 떨어진 것 같기도 하고 아무것도 안 떨어진 것 같기도 하고...

I replaced the battery of my iPhone 15 Pro myself.

After the replacement, there is some lifting at the top of the screen, and even when pressed, there is a slight gap.

I’m not sure if it’s because of the top speaker grille or incomplete removal of the adhesive.

다른건 정상작동 하는데 밝기 문제가 있습니다.

화면의 20퍼센트 정도만 정상적으로 밝고 나머지 80퍼센트는 비정상적으로 어둡습니다.

밝기 조절을 해도 아주 미세한 차이만 있을 뿐 이렇다할 차도는 없습니다.

판매자에 문의하니 제품 불량은 아니고 설치 문제라며 전문가를 찾아가라는데..

집에서 해결할 방법이 없을까요?

There are so many new strange developments and conflicting info out there that I just need someone to summarise it for me. I want to use a non-OEM battery and conserve valid battery health data.

  • There is a chip (BMS) on the battery which usually keeps track of cycles but in newer iPhones also holds some kind of serialization data right?
  • This board needs to be soldered on to the new battery. However some are saying you need to utilise spot welding here and soldering wouldn't work, is this correct?
  • What's up with the programmers? Do they read the BMS and copy it on a new battery BMS? If so, would that mean that I could use a programmer to avoid soldering / welding the BMS
  • And apparently after programming the BMS on the new phone you still need to do factory reset to get back to 100% battery status report. Why is this? Is it because iOS assumes it's the same battery and thus can't have 100% health?
  • Also, what is this tag on flex stuff? Is it a replacement solution for transfering the BMS?

This means that, sporadically, it will register as being constantly held down.

Beyond being irritating when trying to listen to something and the volume bar appearing constantly on the screen, it is more functionally serious.

Whenever I reboot my phone, or it runs out of power, it will boot into the recovery menu and endlessly scroll through the options. I have to get lucky and wait for a period where the button is not registered as held and attempt to boot the phone. This can take many attempts (half an hour this morning) and I worry will eventually become impossible.

My question: can the volume button be repaired at home? Various sources online suggest that one cannot reach the volume button, even with a full tear down. I am unwilling to power off the system to check given the above.
