RCA Tablet: RCA 11 Delta Pro keeps shutting down completely

I have an RCA 11 Delta Pro. It keeps completely shutting down. It doesn't matter if it plugged in, battery 100%, docked to keyboard, or anything. It will continuously shut right down. I've tried factory reset. That worked a couple times, but now it just won't stay on. It's now to the point where I press the power button, the load screen comes on, and the lock screen will pop on breifly and then shutdown (have to press and hold power to turn on again). If anyone can help, would be greatly appreciated.
