GE Profile Refrigerator PFSS9PKY: Refrigerator Will not dispense water after replacing filter.

After replacing the filter on a GE Profile PFSS9PKY French Door water would not dispense. I put the old filter on and it worked fine. I have tried the Ge brand as well as another brand filter and had the same result. I followed the directions for filling the filter first with out success. The fridge would make a hammering noise only with the new filter which would then stop however no water would come out or sometimes very little water would come out at first then nothing. After a couple months with the old filter I tried again with the new filter and now water will not come out with either the old or new filter.

Hi everyone, I have Electrolux fridge, light of which has started flickering, so I decided I’m going to try to replace it. The model is LRC4DE35W and product number is 925070450-02.

Now, this model does not have the actual light bulb, but PCB containing three LEDs. I ordered replacement part but getting the cover off is difficult. See below how the backplate of the cover looks like. I tried to insert flathead into that small gap, twist it, but it’s in hard place (against back wall of fridge). I’m not sure if I understand how it’s supposed to come off. Any tips?

I've cleaned coils, it has the linear lg compressor. I checked resistance and looks good, I'm thinking my control board is bad but not certain. When I press the test button I hear the beeps, the fans run the displays light up on front panel, the second press I hear the double beeps, led does not blink at all. I removed the connector at bottom of panel, con 201 and connected my meter after restarting and pressing test button it doesn't get over 80vac. One video I viewed on youtube a guy said I should see 200vac and his test he wasn't seeing over 110-112vac. Could my board be bad? We had a power outage a few days ago and it wasn't long after that we noticed water leaking from under the fridge.

Problem description:
Issue Summary:My refrigerator is failing to power on and is making a repetitive, rapid clicking sound coming from the control board area at the top of the unit. Prior to this, the internal cooling fan failed and was replaced. The unit ran overnight and stabilized temperatures, but the "High Temp" light was flashing. I turned the unit off to attempt a reset, and it has not powered back on since; it only clicks.Diagnostic Findings:Main Control Board: I have inspected the boards at the top of the unit. Frigidaire Refrigerator: Frigidaire Ice Maker Feed Tube Freezing

I have a Frigidaire Gallery (Model: FGHB2866PFJA) with the ice maker in cabinet on the LH side. At some point in the past, it stopped making ice. Took it apart, found that the entire defrost assembly was iced over. Some blow dryer work later, started working properly.

Recently it stopped making ice again. Took it back apart, Defrost area was not frozen over. Some slight frost on the condenser tubes, but nothing else. Melted it all, also blew the air onto the feed line port (where it comes into cabinet). This resolved the issue for a couple days.

No ice again, did some checking and found that the water inlet assembly could be going out, letting water drip, which was freezing up. Replaced this, and at same time cleaned all the dust off the coils and such. Also replaced both the filter in basement (in line with feed) and the one in fridge. This worked for several weeks, but yesterday no ice again.

I'm going to check for iced over again, but where else should I look?

We noticed our water from the refrigerator dispensing slowly then our ice make stopped working. We didn’t change the filter for a bit so we changed that and the water pressure from the dispenser is fixed but our ice machine is still not working. We’ve tried turning it on and off and made sure the line wasn’t frozen.

For the second time this year, the return air vents in our fridge have iced over, preventing the freezer from cooling the fridge properly. Picture is attached.

The first time this happened, we assumed it was caused by our leaving the door open; however, I don't think we have left it open this time. Any advice on what may be causing this and how we could prevent it? It happened in ~3 months this time.

Samsung Refrigerator: The freezer is not freezing

Everything in our freezer has dethawed and I've been trying to diagnose this fridge for a minute. I'm getting stumped.

There is no ice build up.
The fan by the evaporator panel is running.
The fan by the compressor is running
The LED on the inverter is ON and solid (no blinks).
We replaced the inverter board just to be sure.
The U-V-W connectors to the compressor show about ~15 ohms between them.
Thermistor in freezer is showing expected values for room temperature.

It seems and sounds like everything is running properly but the freezer is still room temperature. My current belief is that its a problem with the compressor. It is running, it's making humming sounds like the motor is running but the compressor itself is getting hot and all of the tubes coming out of the compressor are room temperature.

I'd like to not replace the compressor. From what I hear it is expensive and I don't think I can do it myself. If anyone has any other ideas, I'm all ears.

Hi, I need help with a Hisense fridge problem. We have already re-gassed it twice. After gas filling, the fridge works normally and freezes to maximum level, but then it cuts off. We suspect the thermostat or sensing strip might be the issue. After it stops, it fails to start again unless we repeat the gas process.

What could be causing this cycle, and what component should we check or replace to fix it permanently?

GE Refrigerator: GN29GSKGSS temp fluctuating

My GN29GSKGSS fridge temp went up to 66 last week and we lost tons of food. This week it's back to normal (at least what was normal).

The temp is set at 37 for the fridge and 0 for the freezer.

I bought a couple of wifi temp monitors and they are both showing the same thing.

The fridge fluctuates between 37 and 55 and the freezer from -5 to +5 (even when the doors are closed for a long time).

Is this fluctuation normal ??? Should I be concerned about the hardware ?

Also, the digital readout on the door constantly says the actual temp is 37 even if the door is opened for a minute or 2. It never moves from 37.
