<description><![CDATA[<p>I got my screen replaced, and it can show true black on some windows, but it doesn't show it on the homescreen or other apps. <title><![CDATA[Samsung J7 Pro: Phone Dropped down accidentally and black screen]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>Hello! I want to fix this phone without going to a service, even if that’s the only way. I dropped it and it doesn’t show anything on the screen. It just has a vibrate loop. I tried to press volume down and power button, volume up and power button, volume up/down, home button. power button. It didn’t worked. Is any way to repair it without investing any money?</p>

<title><![CDATA[Samsung J7 Pro: Why do I only get sound when i'm in a call?]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>Yesterday i came home from school and tried to play some music, but my phone had no sound.</p>

<p>I checked the volumes, and restarted my phone; still nothing.</p>

<p>I went on youtube and researched the issue, and found a bunch of videos telling me i had some dirt or lint in my headphone jack. I cleaned it out with a q-tip just like advised, but it changed nothing. Then i found that the phone still recognised when the earphones were being pulled from the jack, and stopped my music when they did.</p>

<p>At this point i thought my speaker was dead for sure, but then my mom called, and when i picked up i could hear her clearly.</p>

<p>Maybe its just the ear speaker thats working?</p>

<p>If the speaker really is busted, how would i go about fixing it?</p>

<p>Any help in solving this issue would be very appreciated and i thank everyone in advance</p>

<title><![CDATA[Samsung J7 Pro: My phone screen went dark randomly and didnt turn on after that.]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>The screen does not turn n but every  few seconds it vibrates  and along with that  the screen  flashes a small line of light on the right side. This line of light that flashes when the phone does that vibrate thing  is only 3/4  of the screen and the line is very thin, about the size of a pencil head. Please help</p>

<title><![CDATA[Samsung J7 Pro: samsung j7 pro screen problem]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>If I press the lock screen button or even the screen off button on the assistant menu it turns to black screen(that’s what its suppose to do right?) but when i press the power/lock button again it doesnt open anymore but I can still hear music i was running but the screen is just like black not even turned on. The only way for me to fix this is use the volume down+power button+home button everytime  but i need to do it twice otherwise a message saying warning custom os something appears. I recently updated it to android pie. So right now I need to restart my phone everytime i wanna use it</p>

<title><![CDATA[Samsung J7 Pro: Potential water damage to camera.]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>I have a samsung galaxy j7 SKY Pro, but there was not a category for it so I'm hoping someone can help in this section.</p>

<p>I dropped my phone in a puddle while out doing field work.  Only the top portion got wet and i dried it off as best as possible. Unfortunately, I was in the middle of nowhere when it happened in the rain so any chance of putting it in rice or taking it apart in a safe dry environment had to wait until that night when I got back to civilization.</p>

<p>Stored it in rice overnight. Everything is working fine except for my cameras.  I rely heavily on my cameras for data collection photos, so I would like them to be functioning again. I get a “Warning: Camera failed message” and then the program closes.</p>

<p>I've tried looking up tutorials for my phone, but all of them are for the plain s7's or other renditions of the Samsung galaxy's and I don't have the same prompt options they have listed.</p>

<p>I can take a bird apart and put it back together in fine working order, but I don't know anything about the inner workings of electronics. Does anyone know if this is more likely a software issue or a hardware issue? The closest repair shop that does phones is over an hour away and always closed when I get off work. My husband has gamely volunteered to buy a new camera and try to replace it for me but I wanted to exhaust my software options before I opened it up.</p>

<title><![CDATA[Samsung J7 Pro: New screen not responding to touch/swipe]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>My phone fell and the screen broke and became unusable. I removed the old LCD assembly, then plugged a new assembly. When I turned on the phone, everything was displayed perfectly on the new screen and all the buttons worked. However, nothing happened when I tried to tap or swipe. I already returned that LCD assembly because I thought it was defective, but I just received a new one from a different vendor and I see the same issue. I suspect there’s something I should be doing with my phone. Please help! Thank you.</p>
