Shark Navigator Repair: Power Brush won't rotate

First time using the Power Brush on my new Shark Navigator, 5 stairs into it, sounded like it picked up something and the brush quit rotating. I immediately stopped, removed the tool and tried to find what was stuck. I see nothing stuck. I can't even rotate the brush by hand, if attached the belt just slips, with the wheel removed that holds the belt, I still can't get the brush to rotate by hand. I can move it maybe 1/2 inch but that's it. It's locked. The cover will only lift to about 1 o'clock if that makes sense, then it stops. The instruction book looks like it is removable and I might be able to remove it by prying it off the "pegs" on the end, but don't want to break it. Any suggestions?

I was able to get it off the pegs to remove it. I can force turn it a little more, but it still does not turn when the vacuum is on. I tried both settings just to be sure I wasn't using the wrong one. Neither makes the wheel turn.

Shark vacuum lift away: Can I resolve problem with no suction?

I think it overheated and circuit breaker cut in I've cleaned filters and emptied cup unplugged it and let it cool down now when I turn on nothing happens at all in standing mode ... when I push into vacuuming position lights come on and brush turns but no suction, no lights or motor noise in hard floor mode. Is this repairable or do I need a new one?

One o the wheels stoped to move freely, you can force an it spin, but you felt it being blocked by the internal wheel plastics, this "pin" is in just one wheel, not sure it was always out or is part of another damaged mechanism.

Shark Rocket Professional: Battery or charging cable malfunction?

This is not my exact model shark rocket pro. I got mine new about 6 months ago. Love it, but suddenly will not charge. I have removed the 21.6V 1900mAh Li Ion batt (model# xfbt620) and tested with a multimeter. On top side it is marked with Right and Left indicators. When flipped over you can see TWO connections/ports on the left and ONE in the right. I placed - probe on right connector, and + probe on the inside connector on left = 19.8V

When I place the +probe on the outside connector on left side, I get 0 V.

I assume this means the batt is toast but hoping to confirm my analysis. Should I could test for continuity on the charger wire? Any help appreciated. So aggravated w idea of dropping 25%+of original purchase price to get it running again so soon 🙄

Thanks for reading my question. I need to buy a replacement HEPA filter for the shark nv752 rotator powered lift-away. What specifications on a nv752 shark-compatible replacement filter would state if filter provides authentic HEPA level filtration or not. The descriptions I found just state that the filter fits--not that it provides "HEPA" level filtration.

Both tiny front wheels are falling apart. Where can I get replacement parts for that. I saw replacements for the back wheels and for other shark vacuums. Just not for this particular machine.

Brushbar or roller bar replacement nowhere to be found. Shark does not sell and cannot find online anywhere. I could not find part number. The vacuum is Shark Rocket NV482.
