폰을 크게 한번 떨어트린 이후로, 화면의 반이 나오지 않아요. 나오지 않는 부분이 터치 동작은 되는데... 아이픽스 홈페이지에 화면 교체 킷을 이용하면 다시 정상으로 수리할 수 있을지 궁금해요.

뒷면을 보면 화면이 안 나오는 쪽으로 안에 부품이 다 보이는데, 떨어뜨렸을 때 이쪽에서 작은 금속 조각이 떨어졌던 것 같기도 하지만 기억이 잘 안나요. 떨어진 것 같기도 하고 아무것도 안 떨어진 것 같기도 하고...

안녕하세요. 몇일전에 사설 수리점에서 아이폰 11 하우징과 스크린을 교체 받았는데요, 잘 작동하긴 했는데 문제는 아이폰이 자꾸 정기적으로 재시작합니다. 인터넷에 찾아보니 라이트닝 케이블쪽 센서에 문제가 생겨서 일어나는일이라고 하는데 혹시 이 문제 아는분 계시나요?

iPhone 11: Touchscreen not working during phone calls

I recently replaced my phone screen. Whenever I make a call, the digitizer stops working and continues to not work after the phone call. Buttons still work always. The digitizer works again after a hard reset. It sometimes works during and after the call if you swipe out of the call before connection to the other cell. I suspect it’s something to do with the earpiece but I’m honestly pretty lost. I’ve already checked software settings and it all looks fine. Any tips?

I just installed the new 16.4.1 update on my iPhone 11 and now there are weird lines on my screen. It worked fine until I loaded Pokemon GO. It started out as a horizontal white line and then turned into vertical white lines, causing my screen to fade. I didn’t drop my phone or do anything that could possibly damage it. I restarted my phone and let it sit for a good 25 minutes and powered it back on. It disappeared for about 20 seconds and then came back. I think this is an internal issue and not a screen issue. Is there a way I can fix it or am I better off getting a new phone?

I also think it could be something with the 16.4.1 update. My sister’s iPhone 11 also had an issue with the update. It factory reset her phone, but saved all of the previous data (it wasn’t really a factory reset, but it showed the “hello” and “welcome to iPhone” screens). It also forced the phone to reset.

Hello everyone,

I have faced a pretty weird issue on an iPhone 11 I recently repaired. The back housing and the screen were completely shattered, but fortunately i had a new housing pulled from a working phone.

I swapped the logicboard and all relevant components e.g. cameras, antennas etc. into the new housing, installed a refurbished OEM screen and transferred screen data onto the new one.

The phone works completely fine, Face ID is working, TrueTone is restored, BUT:

Tap to Wake does not work if the phone is placed on a flat surface, e.g. my desk.

The ridiculous part? The feature does work fine if I have the phone in my hands or a Lightning cable is plugged into the port (no need to even connect it to power!)

Tried another replacement screen —> problem persists.

Updated the phone from iOS 14.7.1 to iOS 15 Developer Beta 4 —> problem persists.

I assume a grounding issue inside the charging flex, so my next step would be to replace it with another OEM part. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, I’m pretty much at a loss.

Has anyone else faced this issue?

I am experiencing a frequent restart issue with an iFixit replacement battery purchased in January 2026 (Order US3345004). The phone restarts approximately every 3 minutes. I checked the analytics logs and found a "panic-full" entry indicating a "userspace watchdog timeout: no successful checkins from thermalmonitord."

This suggests a failure in the battery's thermal sensor communication. I have verified the battery connector is secure and clean. Since the part is within its one-year warranty period, I would like to request a replacement.

I had a successful repair replacing my SIM tray, but then I realized I forgot to align the face id sensor, so I opened it without heat thinking it would be easy. It ended up abruptly opening, and then it tore perfectly on the digitizer cable. The display works fine, except there isn't any touch. My flood cable is intact going to the screen. I do not want to lose true tone, how am I able to fix this? Thank you so much for your time. This phone is incredibly sentimental to me.

Hello,

Got an iPhone 11 was not turning on when the customer brought it to me. Opened to phone and found a short on PP_BATT_VCC on the battery connector. Tried using rosin smoke method to find a short but i am unable to. I suspect it is the Tigris chip (u3300).

Any help would be appreciated! :D
