iPhone 12: TBK 958A Not displaying iPhone 12 and up back glass laser schematics.

So we have a TBK 958a back glass laser machine and when the iPhone 12 came out we downloaded the schematics from the official website, loaded them onto a USB, put them in the TBK 958A and the file shows when we transfer the files to the machine via USB but when we click on the image it comes up blank. And I got my files directly from the website here http://www.shenwangda.com/en/h-col-125.h...

Has anyone here successfully updated their TBK-958A to fit the iPhone 12 and up models? We tried different formats on the USBs and that didn’t work. If anyone here has had some success please feel free to help a fellow tech out. :)

iPhone 12: Phone keeps going in to recovery mode

Hello,

I am having trouble getting my iPhone 12 to boot up. The screen is damaged with vertical lines and when turned on it goes straight to recovery mode. I have plugged in to iTunes and it successfully completes the restore, however once it is finishes with the cycle it still boots in to recovery mode instead of ios. I have connected to 3utools and tried the exit recovery mode option but it just boots back to it,

Also, the phone won't turn on when pressing the side button, only when the charging cable is plugged in (stays on with cable unplugged after so no issues with battery). I am able to use the side button and volume buttons to reboot so I don't think any of those are stuck and forcing it in to recovery mode.

I have opened up the phone and tried disconnecting the earpiece speaker and front sensor assembly but it doesn't make a difference. Any ideas what could be causing it and what else I could try?

Thanks in advance

So I did a full test of 256gb iphone 12 which included face id working perfectly and screen brightness being fine, however upon damaging the battery connector the faceID does not work, the screen brightness is also lowered and the battery shows as non genuine (even though it is) and has no percentage at the top right when it used to.
iPhone 12: iPhone 12 battery at 1% / not charging after replacement, old works

I'm trying to replace the battery on my iphone 12. The original battery works fine but had been used heavily and wasn't lasting as long as it used to.

I installed the replacement battery (from ifixit), but the phone shows up as 1% and there is no "lightning bolt" charge icon when the phone is plugged in. The battery menu in settings shows the phone as charging during periods when I leave it plugged in though. The phone locks and reboots periodically while plugged in, and 0% remaining" is displayed on the lock screen.

I saw other threads online with similar symptoms from different model iphones that indicated that I might have damaged surrounding components or circuitry. I took me a bit to get the new battery connector installed, but I did not see any loose pieces or visible connector damage on the phone.

I decided to test this by disconnecting the new battery and reconnecting the old battery. If the circuitry was damaged, I would expect both batteries to fail, however the old battery reports percentage, charges and the phone seems to operate fine when its installed.

I've tried reconnecting the two different batteries several times, and have tested with the screen on and off to try and rule out shorts as a possible cause.

The ifixit battery shows 3.78V on a multimeter when measured at the connector, while the original battery shows 3.8V (battery is rated at 3.83V). I inspected the connector on the new battery and can't see any obvious damage.

Any ideas on possible causes?

Next steps to debug?

Is it possible that there is an issue with the new battery?
