Broken HD thermal sensor connector

I broke one of the wires attached to the MacMini hard drive thermal sensor connector (see attached picture; also it's Step 9, [guide|1110|page=2]).

Here's an actual photo of the issue:

What is best to do here ... repair it (best way???) or buy a new part?  (where do I get it?)
