DC-in or logic board?

본문:

I am working on a iBook G4 that will not power on. When initially plugged in the charge indicator is amber for a few minutes and then turns green indicating the battery is fully charged. When I check the battery it does not appear to be charged (Tested with a multi-meter test and the LED charge meter on the battery itself). I have attempted resetting the PRAM and the PMU, but both to no avail. When doing a PMU reset the charge light turns green while buttons are pushed, but then returns to amber. Will the charge light still show these indications if the DC-in is the defective? Any suggestions on what I should look into next?
