Ajit, the white light is an indication that your backlight gets power. Since it works with an external monitor, and "lcd back panel circuit board gets overheat", is a pretty good indication that your LCD driver board is shorted out. Replacing the LCD panel should fix this problem. Hoe this helps, good luck.
