Help with broken fan, capacitor specifications..

Hello scientists, I'm trying to fix up this fan.

# plugged in
# motor doesn't spin
# rotors doesn't seem obstructed

DIY on youtube suggests to replace capacitor, but I've done an ebay search.

# Dont really know what I'm looking for.

there's a portion of the wall of the motor that chipped out whilst I was trying to free what seemed to be a constricted wire. I misjudged how on how brittle it was and just pooped off.

Is this doable?

I don't have solders I hope the capacitor can be easy to install,

i have e.tape :D
