1. Try a factory reset
 
* Press and hold down both the volume button and the power button for about 10 seconds until you hear a sound. After that the device should turn off. Try turning it on after that.
 
2. If that doesn't work try using the USB cable and plugging your UE BOOM into your computer (a software may automatically install for the USB connection). Try turning it on while you are connected, then disconnect and turn the power off, then turn it back on like normal again.
