I appreciate there are other reasons why a phone turns itself on and off.  Mine was doing this, I took out the SD card and it was fine. Usually, when you ask that the SD card be the default storage, the phone turns itself off to reset.  I think my SD card corrupted that's why it was turning my phone on and off.
