If you notice your battery status LED blinks yellow after 10 hours of charging or the operating life dramatically drops, you may need to replace your battery.
However, if you notice your speaker won't charge at all, you should inspect your charging port for any dust, debris, looseness, warping, or any other form of damage. If this is the case, you may need to replace your charging port.
