I don't have my password, the hint is baffling me (what else is new) and I did not use a disc because my husband gave this computer to me after he got a new one....he is gone now and I can't get into this computer. He had cleared out all of his stuff and I didn't really have much on here yet.....it's been months since I touched it.
Can I do something to reset to factory and start over from zero?
