Ben, 1998 gmc sierra drain plug on radiator, location is driver side radiator tank, very low on tank almost at bottom, plastic 1/4 turn butterfly drain plug to be loosened to drain coolant. Word of warning, sometimes better to ease off/ loosen lower rad hose and drain rad/coolant this way, some drain plugs (being plastic and old break very easy, leaving half stuck in radiator tank). Only service cooling system when cool.
