Apply will charge you a lot more than $90 but also keep in mind this isn't an easy repair. Every piece of the phone needs to come out to replace the housing all the way down to the power/volume buttons. I've never heard of anyone using touchup paint on an iPhone frame before usually they are just replaced. The best and only preventative way of keeping this from happening is a case for the device.
