Is NeoXl 110U LCD glued to Touch Panel?

I bought online a TouchPanel for the NeoXL 110U

And i took apart all the phone. I have the screen in my hand.

LCD is attached to Touch Panel.

Do you know if its all glued with uv?

Or its just the edge of the lcd glued to the touch panel?
