Hard to tell if it's a hardware or software problem. It could be to do with malware, in which case you should install a good antivirus. Personally I recommend Zemana or Avira. It could also be a hardware problem. Perhaps minor water damage causing short-circuiting in the motherboard. There is little you can do about that. As for the WiFi problem, check your WiFi card or derivers for it. Good luck with finding the problem.
