My DSI XL can't start any Application

My DSI XL boot normally, but it not able to start any application. - For exemple, it doesn't star wrench icon or camera application on dsi menu. + For exemple, it doesn't start wrench icon or camera application on dsi menu. It not able to start any game. o got this error: + "an error has occurred. press and hold the power button to turn the system off" But a can start camera cliking on "L" and "R" buttons. So, i can't perform factory reset on DSI menu. How could i reset it phicically? Tks. Alexandre Bezerra
