Same problem, Samsung Galaxy 5, I can hear them fine, they can't hear me. What's really odd is that people CAN hear me fine on video chat, just not regular phone or messenger non video chat. Took my phone in to Sprint, and ended up buying a new phone anyway (obviously long overdue, got the LG V30+ for $12 a month for 18 month lease on special ((reg $38 per month lease)), plus $13 per mo for the optional insurance). But still wondering whats up with my Samsung.
