Definitely a broken LCD panel. You would have to try and find a replacement. This can be chaore. you would have to search by the actual panel number not the TV model. Disassemble your tV and check the label on the back of your TV. If you want to you can post another image of that label with your question. On that label is a panel number. Use that to see if you can find a reasonably priced replacement.
