iPhone 7 stuck on opening Settings ---> ABOUT

So i replaced all wifi, bluetooth antenas and covers ( three parts exactly), because they didnt work. I tought that would fix the problem but still the same. Wifi greyed out bluetooth spinning around and automatically setting time is not working.

but here comes the WEIRD --->When i try to open settings --> About ... the iPhone 7 just stucks freezes. if i press the home button it returns to the home without problems.

Also the sim card is working just fine having service and yeah... Anyone got something on this?
