hey kenneth,

it is very possible that you computer doesn’t recognize the keyboard as a keyboard see in device management if the keyboard shows up. if it doesn’t show up you might want to see if you can download and install drivers for it.

if it doesn’t show up as a keyboard grab anotherone and install razer synapse it helps with most software related device failures.
