There are a lot of connections that could have come loose when it dropped.  I'd recommend [guide|1181|removing the battery] and checking that all of the connections are still in tact and connected to the motherboard.

If this doesn't fix your problem, just do a [guide|1124|teardown] and make sure that everything is how it should be.
