No sound, loudspeaker? How to change.

I'm having problems with my Xperia Mini, I can talk, but since about a week I cannot hear music and cannot use the mobile free handed (I have to keep it to my ear when telephoning).

I suppose it's the loudspeaker, how can one change it? Pictures would be a great help.
