hello there, I’d like to say that after I had the laptop for 4 months this problem appeared and them i sent it to the fixing center and after 3 months of that same problem re-appeared and this is really frustrating as I lost my work in the first attempt to fix it because the fixing center deployed a new OP (to check the keyboard)! This is definitely a problem based in this line of production of the Lenovo y520
