graphic card not working

Hi i have this laptop and it had a problem of screen color mixing. i took it to a fixer and he touched  the Flat cable while it was on and from that time screen went white. now where ever i take it they say my graphic card has problems and it cant be fixed.

Now i’m asking you is that true? it can’t be fixed? or can i do anything?
