Ssd making me mad!HELP!

bought a new samsung ssd and did a clean install.also used trim to increase the read/write speeds.now there are two problems the hdd fan is always on full blast even though it has a external temp sensor.secondly the write speed seem to be very Good at 280MBps but read speeds are 150MBps.i also tried all types of trim method.pls help!!!!why is the read speed significantly low?
