Yet another user experiencing issues. I’ve been on to apple support today getting me to run diagnostics, which returned no issues?? [br]

I don’t know if anyone else has this, but my command & shift keys on the left hand side have started being temperamental too. I purchased this machine in Dec 2017, and had a 3 year warranty so 2 months out of it… very annoyed, but we move. [br]
