I don’t want to be the bearer of bad news but these lines are the PP1V8_IO, PP_CPU_PCORE and PP_DCS_S1 circuits. I am not sure about the last two diode readings but the PP1V8_IQ should be around 0.24. I think you will find the short is under the CPU. This is common if too much heat is applied to the PMIC.
