Flo Ned, 4 blinks on the LED on Sonys is ''usually'' related to the backlight driver / inverter board (or circuit), but it can also be the main board. It’s kinda tricky to diagnose at first, so what I suggest you do is to unplug the TV then hold the power button for 30 seconds, to drain residual power. Take off the back cover, but be careful as there are high voltage capacitors in there that could still hold a charge.
