If you have a 3d printer there are replacement plastic sliders on thingiverse. Just print them off on a reasonably good printer. (i used flashforge adventurer 3 with pla). https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4974095 . I used a box knife to remove the rails, if you're having trouble try removing the battery door and slide your knife in from that side.
