@cristiandaniel you did not tell us anything about the computer. at least let us know what make and model your motherboard is . Also, let us know if you tried the monitor on another computer to make sure that it is working. You already know that there is at least a partially fault with your video card "video card didn't". You mentioned that you tried HDMI and VGA as well, are those outputs from your video card or from your motherboard. If your monitor works on another computer or if you tried a known-working monitor on your computer, then the issue will be the video card.
