Looks to me like your audio is not being found. You could always try the Windows troubleshooter first. Right-click on the Speaker/Headphone icon . Then select troubleshoot sound problems. The troubleshooting process will begin.

Depending on your version Windows, you may also want to go and check to see if your audio is enabled/disabled in your device manager.
