@arvind4366, It looks like we haven't got that particular error logged in our Kernel Panics Wiki page yet, but over on repair.wiki, they've got a listing for it.
[quote|format=featured]* ***0x400000*** - it's the Wireless Charging Flex (Back Glass)
* Make sure it's plugged in & the flex is not torn[/quote]
That's a curious one, as it's not a failure I've personally seen before; the only time I've run into a charging coil failure has been from someone who was doing a rear glass replacement and damaged it.
Anyway, I don't know what might have gone wrong with your phone, but at this point the best advice I can offer is to replace the wireless charging coil and see if that fixes the problem. There don't appear to be any guides available to show you exactly how to replace it, but I'm guessing if you remove the rear glass cover it's mounted on, it should be pretty straight forward to figure out how to replace it. This guide will show you how to remove the rear glass.

Luckily, you can also buy that charging coil directly from iFixit as well as other sites like Amazon, eBay and AliExpress.

Of course, the other choice is that you could replace the entire back panel and thereby sidestep the entire issue of how to replace the coil by itself. You can find those on Amazon and other places. If you go this way, make sure the part you choose specifically says it comes with the charging coil. I think this one fits the bill.

Good luck and let us know how it turns out!
