@thatguy2189 yes, looks fixable from what we can see on your picture. Now, you do not want to just hack the cable apart. Let's investigate how many wires (voltage and sensor wires etc.) are actually in there.
Use an exacto knife (or similar like a boxcutter, razor blade etc.) and cut through the insulation lengthwise.

Then separate the insulation from the wires. You can now see how many wires there are as well as the damage to the wires. Take a few more pictures so you know what that all looks like.That way you will remember what goes where when you repair it.
Now you can cut the wires before and aft that damaged area. Solder the individual wires together. Do use heat shrink over each repaired area to insulate the spliced areas from each other. After that, electric tape is your friend.
