The header for the front panel power switch, speaker, and LEDs are also standard. I think it is the yellow header on the rigth back of the board (looking at it from the front. Most MBs are on the left front. There appears to be silk screen markings, but I can't find a close up picture.

Basically, you have an Ethernet port, SATA drive ports, USB ports. The color of the insert will tell uyou if it is USB3 or USB 2.
There might also be audio in/out ports, but those are obvious and usually colored with standard colors.
